We Notice the Little Things
We normally schedule our appoinments at 8am and 12 noon. We want to make sure we allow adequate time to perform your inspection. Depending on the size of the home these times may often vary.

We provide Radon testing. We're certified Radon measurement specialist. Radon is an odorless, colorless gas and can cause lung cancer. Radon gas is found everywhere but some areas have a higher concentration than others. That's why is very important to have your home tested.

We also provide water testing for our clients that have a well system. We use a local lab and that helps provide us with a quick turn around time on testing.
